Lou-To-Go-Dough

Baking Instructions:

Thaw dough thoroughly.  Handle dough gently and do not overwork.  Pat out to desired thickness on oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet.  Cook in preheated oven at 425 degrees.

Deep Dish Pizza
Pat dough evenly on bottom of pan and pull sides up about 1" on sides.
Add cheese, and then add desired toppings.  Cover with tomatoes or tomato sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until crust is golden and crispy.

Thin Crust Pizza
Pat out dough evenly.
Add thin layer of tomatoes or tomato sauce, leaving 1/4" from sides.  Add desired toppings and cook until dough separates from edge of pan and is golden and crispy, approximately 10-15 minutes.
Pull from oven and add cheese.  Place back in oven and cook until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
