I saw the Throwdown episode you were on, way to kick Bobby's ass. In March I was working a trade show in Schaumburg and knew I had to have a pizza since I was so close. I called for directions and arrived about 7pm on a Tuesday. I sat at the bar and ordered a medium deep dish. While I was waiting I struck up a conversation with other patrons and told it was my 'first time'. Everyone was great. The bartender was one of the best ever. He was everywhere at once(March 3). When I finished a beverage he whisked away the empty in seconds. At one point I waited until he went to the kitchen before finishing my glass. He still whisked it away within seconds. The pizza arrived and I knew from the first bite it was something special. It was the best pizza I have ever tasted. Words cannot describe how delicious it was. The crust, sauce and other ingredients were perfect. I am really looking forward to my next visit to Chicagoland so I can have another pizza. Keep up the great work.
