Chicago Pride
Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, Fire, Bulls, Sox - Chicago is filled to the brim with sports teams and thousands of dedicated fans who root for them wholeheartedly, regardless of how the season goes.  This weekend, we witnessed our beloved Bears lose an epic battle against the Green Bay Packers.  While it was heartbreaking to watch them lose to a team that Chicagoans have been raised to despise, we can't forget about the amazing season they had which lead them to that playoff game.  We're sure there were a few meltdowns (did you see this little girl's reaction?) but we know one thing is for certain: we stand behind our Chicago teams, no matter what.

As football comes to an end for Chicago, we're looking forward to seeing how the Blackhawks and Bulls do during the remainder of their season - and though it's a little far off, we always look forward to baseball!  What are your thoughts about the 2010-2011 Bears season?  Which teams are you looking forward to watching?

Resolving to Make a Difference
As the first week of 2011 comes to a close we hope everyone has had the chance to nail down their resolutions for the year to come.  Resolutions differ from person to person but the premise remains relatively the same: to improve.  Popular resolutions revolve around improving overall health by committing to a workout plan, making healthier food choices, cutting down on snacking, etc.  Another popular resolution to get a hold on personal finances by setting up an investment plan, reconfiguring retirement plans or even starting an automatic savings regimen.  Whatever the resolution may be, the key to achieving success is following through and not giving up when you hit the inevitable plateau.  Persevere, keep going and achieve the goals that you have set out for yourself.  A word of advice though, make sure you stick to reasonable, attainable goals.  Nothing is more discouraging than setting a goal beyond reasonable reach and failing to meet it.  For this reason, our resolution is to continue providing excellent customer service, great tasting food and an overall memorable experience for every guest that dines in our restaurants and we would like your help.  Have a comment, question, concern or idea?  Let us know - the only way to know we are doing something right or that we need to change something is from the feedback our outstanding customers provide.

....We are also resolving to eat more Malnati Salad and Lower-in-Fat Cheese deep dish pizzas :)
