Due to a recent computer glitch, Lou Malnati's birthday club mailing list was inadvertently deleted and unfortunately, we need to start over from scratch. If you signed up your child prior to August 1, 2010, we are asking that you re-enroll your son or daughter by filling out the form below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and can assure you we are working hard to make certain it does not happen again. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
